San Antonio Elementary School, Pasco Middle School, and Pasco High School are all great options for furthering education. Pasco County even offers AP & IB classes perfect for high school students looking to get a head start on college readiness.
Private Schooling Options
Looking to enroll your child in a different type of school? Mirada’s location allows for students to also enroll in nearby Innovation Preparatory Academy, a brand new, state of the art K-8, tuition free charter school. The school follows a WISH model, meaning a specific focus on student wellness, innovative experience, and programmatic focus on science and health.
Mirada is also less than 6 miles away from the brand new Kirkland Ranch Academy of Innovation, a high school offering 10 innovative programs structured around integrated business curriculum and a diverse learning experience. With programs like automotive, biomedical science, cybersecurity, engineering, and more, Kirkland ranch students will graduate with the skills needed to enter the workforce and into well-paying careers. Opening this August 2022, enrollment is exclusive for 9th and 10th graders only, with the school set to be a fully functioning grade 9-12 high school in two years.
